WE ARE NOW TAKING ORDERS TO BE FILLED IN THE CURRENT GROWING SEASON!

Iris and daylilies are shipped only during the optimum times for your Planting Zones.  
For iris plants:  (last week of June through the middle of September)
For daylily plants: (Mid- May through the middle of September)
For garden supplies, garden art, and gift certificates, your order will ship within 3 business days of your order placement.
You may let us know if there is a specific time within these time frames that you would like to receive your plants, and we will try to honor your request if it is an acceptable planting time for your planting Zone!
We dig plants the same morning that they shipped so you have the freshest possible plants! Shipping occurs on Mondays or Tuesdays to assure that your plants do not sit in a postal/carrier shipping facility over the weekend!
Upon placing your order you will receive an order number. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notice from us and a tracking code from iriswarehouse.com or daylilywarehouse.com to be able to track your order.
Due to U.S. agricultural restrictions, we can only ship to U.S. addresses at this time via the website unless we obtain special permissions (photosanitary certificate from our state Department of Agriculture. We use USPS or UPS for all shipments. Air express shipping is available at an addiitional cost .  Please contact us for a price quote if you would like your order shipped Air Express.  We ship to all continental US addresses! 
Shipping and handling charges per address for iris and daylilies are as follows:
Up to 4 plants: $15.00
5 TO 7 plants 13.50
8 to 12 plants $20.00
12  to 20: $22.99
Over 20 plants:  actual shipping costs are applied
Shipping and handling charges for other gardening products are based upon weight & zip code. Please use our simple shipping calculator to determine your shipping charges.
Shipping charges for a gift certificate is free to all contnental US addresses.
We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside of the continental United States without additional charges being incurred.  Please check for a price quote and whether we are able to ship your product!
Guarantee:  Returns & Replacements
We guarantee to provide healthy plants when they leave our warehouse, true to variety and in prime condition for growing.  We promise to deliver them to your home at the proper time for planting.  Each shipment will be carefully packed and accompanied by clear instructions for planting and continued care. We cannot be responsible for losses caused by extreme weather, neglect, or inappropriate climate zone.  Requests for returns must be accompanied by the original plant label within the first year, and a copy of your receipt for a replacement iris or credit on your next shipment.  Please care for the plants immediately upon receiving them! We cannot be responsible for plants that do not grow as a result of your negligence, weather, rodent or pest damage.  Iris plants and daylily plants need at least 6 hours of daylight to grow and properly flower.  Siberians take more than one growing season to establish!  If you plants arrive in poor condition, please contact us immediately upon receiving them. 
Charge for Cancelled Orders

A NON REFUNDABLE handling fee of $5.00 + $2.00 per plant stocking/handling/readvertising fee + Credit card Interchange fees will be charged for any cancelled order. The interchange fee is a 3% charge that credit card companies charge merchants when you use your credit card. 

Ordering
Please feel free to place your order for the coming season at your earliest convenience.  Some of our plants have limited stock and once the plants are tagged as purchased, we will offer to substitute a plant of equal or greater value or notify you if addiitional stock of the variety you requested is acquired.  We encourage you to place your orders as soon as you know the varieties you require.  We are adding stock and growers to our warehouse network all the time, so feel free to check with us if you are looking for a plant that we are not advertising.  Email us at:  contact@iriswarehouse.com.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept any type of credit cards through PayPal or Google Checkout.  We also accept checks & money orders made out to either Iriswarehouse orDaylilywarehouse & mailed to:  1903 Culver Hill Drive, Williamston, MI.  48895.  Due to the fact that our plants and rhizomes are a finite inventory, we dorequirepayment at the time you place your order.  If you are sending a check, please remember to add shipping charges to your order or it will not be accepted.  Insufficient fund checks or returned check orders will be charged a fee of $25.00.
